이에 김씨는 경찰관 서모씨를 고발했고, 도박신고를 한 김모씨의 휴대전화 뒷자리를 가르쳐준 경찰관 서모씨는 개인정보보호법 위반 등의 혐의로 징역 6월 집행유예 1년을 선고받았습니다.
개인정보 유형
개인정보를 유형별로 분류해 보면 신분 정보, 신체 정보, 정신적 정보, 경제 정보, 사회 정보, 기타 정보로 분류할 수 있습니다.
- 신분 정보 는 본인의 신분을 나타내는 기본 정보로 이름, 주민등록 번호, 주소, 가족 관계 등이 있습니다.
- 신체 정보 는 자신의 몸에 관한 정보로서 건강 상태나 키, 체중, 신체적 특징, 병력(질병) 등이 있습니다.
- 정신적 정보 는 종교나 가치관을 말합니다.
- 경제 정보 는 저축 규모, 신용카드, 용돈 액수 등으로, 용돈 액수 같은 경우에도 집안의 경제 규모를 짐작할 수 있기 때문에 개인정보에 속합니다.

１１月１０に振り込みをし、OJIX FXというFX取引の副業ランキング一位と言う松山さんという女性の方の紹介で、取引を始めました。
インジケーター使用料として３０万円を支払いました。
投資金として、３０万をFXDDと言う外国の証券会社（サーバー：FXDD-MT4Live Server2-FXDD) 楽天銀行に支払いました。
一日千円位の収益でした。時には５千円位もありました。
今現在詐欺かどうかはわかりませんが、本日からインジケーターが作動しなくなり、会社に電話しても連絡がつきません。世話をしてくれた方にも連絡をしたのですが、電話がつながりません。
ネットで調べたら、すごいいい会社だという記事と真逆な記事で詐欺会社だという両面の記事があり戸惑っております。
FX会社がクリスマス休暇ということも聞いておりませんので、大変困っております。

OJIXが怪しいことは8月の時点で注意喚起していたのになぜ11月になってわざわざ申し込んでるんですかね…。

これを機に手を引くことをおすすめします。
FXDDトレーディングでFXをやるのも良くないです。
こういうのは業者しか儲かりません。
FXDDトレーディングは、ロスカットを守らないで客に損をさせた等のような口コミもあるぐらい、怪しい業者なのです。
何もしなければ口座維持費もかかるので、FXDDトレーディングは解約したほうがいいと思います。

4) What you’ll need to open an account with FXDD
Since FXDD is regulated by the MFSA, every new customer must pass a few simple compliance tests to verify that you understand the risks of trading and that you are permitted to trade. When you establish an account, you will most likely be asked for the following information, so have it handy:
- A scanned colour copy of your passport, driving license or national ID
- A utility bill or bank statement from the past three months showing your address
You’ll also need to answer a few basic compliance questions to prove your trading expertise, so allow at least 10 minutes to finish the account opening procedure.
